The coaches and athletes are very friendly here. Coach Jorn spoke English just because I was the only one in the class that doesn’t understand Dutch. The drop-in was free and I bought a super cool hoody!

De sfeer is top. De coaches zijn uitstekend. Kortom, deze box is een fantastische plek waarin je veilig en met veel plezier jezelf maximaal kan uitdagen.

Nu bijna een jaar geleden ben ik begonnen met CrossFit. De eerste paar weken waren de oefeningen en trainingen zeer vermoeiend, zelfs al leek alles zeer eenvoudig. Geen een keer had ik getwijfeld om ermee op te houden vanwege de continue aanmoedigingen van de coaches en de andere crossfitters. Na een tijdje begon alles vlotter…

Dropped in for two WODs while in Leuven for a conference. This is a great box with dedicated coaches and very accommodating staff! Kennard was extremely responsive and got me signed up for the times I could fit into my day. The coaches were holding the classes partially in English just for me being there….
